MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCSC) – Police say a Moncks Corner man has been arrested in connection to a shooting at an apartment complex. Qwontavous Stevenson, 33, is charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent offense.
