SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – The National Association of Realtors came to a recent settlement with a prior lawsuit that has gone into effect for August 17, 2024. This recent settlement is a new agreement, not a new law. It is aimed to change how real estate agents practice with their clients to have more transparency between the two.
