FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – The city of Foley is moving forward with a new sidewalk project. City leaders said the first phase of the project will extend sidewalks north on Cedar Street to Fern Avenue. That phase of the project will improve connectivity between the park area and the neighborhoods to the north.
