SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department says they have identified the man accused of shooting and killing a woman in the Logan neighborhood on July 21. Travis R. Johnson, 41, is being charged with Second Degree Murder and is currently being held at Kootenai County Jail on unrelated charges.
