Unity in the community celebrates 30 years of diversity in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. — The 30th annual ‘Unity in the Community’ will be held Saturday, August 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Riverfront Park.

Last year, more than 10,000 people attended, and over 150 vendors were present.

Unity in the community has five vendor areas:

  • Youth fair
  • Career and Education fair
  • Health fair
  • Senior resources
  • General vendors

Unity in the Community also features a cultural village and a stage with a diverse group of performers and acts.

Launched in 1994, Unity in the Community aims to celebrate Spokane’s diversity and foster a sense of togetherness among its residents.
