Wiley is a 4-month-old cat, who is always trying to run off and play. Wiley has been at the shelter for a couple weeks and was a stray, according to Kristen White, with the Bakersfield SPCA.

Wiley can be good to play with but is also very calm and sleepy at the shelter at times.
