Thieves hit 3 7-Eleven stores in 20 mins, hours after Newsom signed ‘smash-and-grab’ tackling bills

A group of up to 30 bike riding thieves stormed three separate 7-Eleven stores in Los Angeles on Friday, swiping food and drink items before fleeing on bicycles, according to NBC.
