ANN ARBOR, MI – A new food truck in downtown Ann Arbor will take over a corner of Main Street. Echelon Kitchen + Bar is set to open in the former bd’s Mongolian Grill at 200 S. Main St. in late October. As building work continues, a food truck called Level Up by Echelon will be open in the meantime.
