OTTAWA COUNTY, MI — Two drivers in a June road-rage crash on Lake Michigan Drive are now charged with second-degree murder for allegedly causing the death of a third driver. Ethan Luke Oosterhouse, 23, of Middleville, and Denis Noel Perez, 42, of Grand Rapids, both are charged with murder, as well as manslaughter and reckless driving causing death.
