MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A new ocean outfall is set to come to Myrtle Beach at 24th Avenue North. A Facebook post by Myrtle Beach City Government stated, “Ocean outfalls and stormwater pipes are important because they filter sediment, improve water quality, and catch trash before runoff water reaches the ocean.”
