Along with the random charge, she also makes comments about the company’s recent change in chicken and how it takes longer to rack up reward points on the app to earn free food rewards.

The woman, based out of Pennsylvania, claimed she has been loyal to Chick-fil-A for years, and expressed her distaste for the length of time it takes her just to earn a free drink or a free small fry filled with “random scraps.”

The caption on the video reads, “Count your days CFA.”

Many users commented on the video about the drastic increase in the fast food chain’s prices, saying how expensive it has become to eat there.

“I feel like it’s acceptable, and even expected at grocery stores but fast food?” a user wrote. “Isn’t it the cost of doing business? Like fast food to go in a bag/box is your business model.”
