SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) Southfield Police are requesting assistance to find a man believed to be armed and a danger to himself.
Police said Derrick Perez, 33, was last seen two days ago, and had recently made “suicidal statements.”
He’s believed to be driving to Ohio in a black Ford Fusion with Michigan license plate 1MXU23. Police have notified law enforcement in both Michigan and Ohio.
He’s described as 6’2” and approximately 220 lbs.
I f you see Perez, police said do not approach him as he is believed to be armed and to contact 911 immediately.
