The project will transform an existing lease space into a 2,061 square foot Black Rock Coffee shop. This new spot is set to offer a fresh, modern environment where local coffee enthusiasts can enjoy the brand’s signature drinks.
Not far behind, the second location at 11123 W Airport Blvd in Stafford is a more ambitious endeavor, with an estimated renovation cost of $2,500,000. This location will also occupy an existing lease space, covering 2,036 square feet. This expansion highlights Black Rock Coffee’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for high-quality coffee experiences in the greater Houston area.
