Latz (forearm) is set to begin a rehab assignment with Double-A Frisco on Sunday. Latz has been sidelined since Aug. 2 and began throwing off a mound Thursday. He’s been used in relatively short stints out of the bullpen, so his rehab assignment shouldn’t be particularly lengthy.
