HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – Kids all over Horry County went back to class on Monday, but this was not an ordinary first day for some students. Not only did Horry County implement a new security system for the school, but some students and their families are still dealing with flooding from Tropical Storm Debby.
