Second annual ‘Pawty in the Plaza’ coming to Water Street

TAMPA, Fla. (BLOOM) — Water Street Tampa will once again welcome dog lovers and their furry friends to Raybon Plaza for the second annual “Pawty in the Plaza” on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024. The event, taking place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., promises a fun-filled morning with a purpose, as it aims to support the Mercy Full Project, a local non-profit pet rescue organization dedicated to helping animals in the Tampa Bay area.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet a variety of adoptable dogs and puppies, all in search of their forever homes. In addition to adoption opportunities, guests can participate in a spin-the-wheel game featuring exciting giveaways, and shop a curated selection of pet-themed products at The Modern Paws Pop-Up Shop .

“Pawty in the Plaza” is an event for the whole family, whether on two legs or four. After enjoying the festivities, visitors are encouraged to explore the vibrant Water Street Tampa neighborhood, dine at local restaurants, or browse nearby retailers.
