NEWTON, Kan. – Help celebrate completion of the new library project with an ice cream social and live music from Flattland! The party starts at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23 in the main parking lot and will move inside if weather requires. Bring your lawn chairs. Accessible parking will be available in the northeast parking lot.
