OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are investigating an alleged road rage incident at Penn Square Mall, where a woman was attacked after honking at another driver. “The assault took place as soon as the victim got out of their vehicle,” Sgt. Dillon Quirk with the Oklahoma City Police Department said.
