CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) – City leaders in Conway finalized the development agreement and annexation plans to welcome another large home development project. Councilmembers unanimously approved the “Brookhaven” project along SC 378, Dunn Shortcut and Juniper Bay Roads. The project was previously called “Tributary.” A new developer took it over and cut down the amount of homes that would be built. About 1,260 single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes will be built there over the next decade.
