BEAUMONT, Texas – The owner of a pair of Beaumont massage parlors and several others in Houston has been served with a temporary injunction from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation prohibiting them from continuing to operate months after he had agreed to shut them all down and leave the business for good.
