WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A hit-and-run crash in northwest Wichita over the weekend left a man dead and an investigation is ongoing as police work to identify the person responsible. Now, a close friend is talking to 12 News, hoping that someone out there has more information and will come forward.
