Coconut Creek Police arrested a man on charges that include methamphetamine possession after officers found him unconscious behind the wheel of a stolen car, authorities said. Jose Camacho Turo, 43, of Miami, was spotted by police in the car around 11:15 a.m. Saturday in the 4800 block of West Hillsboro Boulevard.
