Baltimore (WBFF) – Cellphone usage in schools has become a nationwide concern. Many states are working to get a handle on how students use their phones in class. A crack down on cellphones began last year when Florida became the first state to require all its public schools to bar students from using their phones during class. Since then, several states including Ohio, Indiana, and Oklahoma have implemented similar policies. Many more state legislatures have considered bills that would prohibit students from using cellphones in class.
