CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Governor Kim Reynolds made a visit to Cedar Rapids on Tuesday for the groundbreaking of the LOFTUS apartments at 900 3rd Street SE. It’s a $36 million, five-story, mixed-use building project with 180 residential housing units, first floor commercial space, and an art walk along 10th Street SE.
