Acting Governor Bill Galvin coming to Springfield to promote early voting

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – While Governor Maura Healey and Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll are away at the Democratic National Convention, Secretary of the Commonwealth Bill Galvin is stepping up as Acting Governor.

MGM Springfield and Square One host ‘Bubbles and Books’ for kids

Galvin will be making a stop in Springfield’s Court Square on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. to speak about early voting for the upcoming state primary elections. Plus, he will be giving a few reminders about Saturday’s voter registration deadline and will speak about expectations for the November State Election.

The Massachusetts State Primaries will be held in two weeks on September 3rd.
