CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A cold front has finally pushed far enough to our south to lower our rain chances, humidity and temps for a few days. We expect lots of sunshine today and a mainly dry afternoon. High temperatures today will top out in the mid to upper 80s. Overnight lows will fall into the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. A few clouds will increase on Thursday as the aforementioned front stalls offshore and begins to back up toward our coastline. This front will help to enhance the breeze, and our rain chances, as we wrap up the work week on Friday. Computer models differ significantly on the chance of rain for Friday, we’ll keep you updated as there is more clarity. It appears that this front will shift back farther offshore on Saturday leading to a drop in rain chances for Saturday and Sunday.
