OKLAHOMA CITY – Police released the identity of a teenager who was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in a northeast Oklahoma City parking lot. Around 1:45 p.m., police responded to a double shooting near Northeast 23rd Street and Lottie Avenue. When they arrived, officers found the body of a victim who appeared to have been shot to death lying in a parking lot.
