HARRAH, Okla. (KOKH) – Some Harrah residents are sharing safety concerns about a bumpy bridge along the Kickapoo Turnpike. It’s just south of mile marker 132.5, and past the 29th Street exit heading towards I-40. A handful have complained to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
