SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – More than 5,000 people are waking up without power in Spokane Valley on Wednesday morning.
According to Avista, it is aware of the issue, and there is no timeline for fixing it.
The outage impacts people around Pasadena Park, Millwood and Spokane Valley.
