SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The father of Christopher Murphy, the man accused of fatally shooting two law enforcement officers in April, was arrested Tuesday. Joseph Murphy, 61, was arrested by Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office deputies Tuesday around 3:30 p.m. after an investigation into the firearms that were taken from the Murphy household after the April 14 fatal shooting.
