Geddes, N.Y. – To cross everything off on his 17th birthday to-do list, Charlie Mango of Manhattan knew he had better arrive at the New York State Fair early. He is in town visiting his cousin Marcel Mari of Manlius. They started the celebration at 4:55 a.m. when they arrived at Gate 1. They plopped down in a couple lawn chairs and watched the sunrise.
