ANN ARBOR, MI – A 17-story apartment high-rise is now approved to replace Ann Arbor’s Galleria Mall. The city’s Planning Commission voted 8-0 Tuesday night, Aug. 20, to OK the new development at 1208 S. University Ave., where Pinball Pete’s and other businesses are located in a three-level mall built in the early 1990s.
