BOISE – 44-year-old James Dougherty of Boise has been sentenced to 41 months in federal prison for wire fraud related to a scheme to defraud an elderly victim of her money and property. His wife, 43-year-old Jessica Dougherty was sentenced to three years of probation for obstruction of justice, according to U.S. Attorney Josh Hurwit.
