LONGS, S.C. (WPDE) – The victim has been identified in a shooting that happened Tuesday night near Star Bluff Road in the Wampee Community. Diana Osborne, 58, was shot outside of her daughter’s home on Star Bluff Road in Longs. According to Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard, Osborne died on the scene.
