Stockton: 10 Alleged ‘Tiny Raskals’ Gang Members Charged With Multiple Crimes

Ten Stockton residents suspected in connection with the “Tiny Raskals Gang” were charged Wednesday following an investigation that led to the seizure of 34 firearms and over $100,000 in suspected illegal proceeds.

Sovject Soy, 19, Tyrese Nhean, 22, Chitra Soy, 23, Tariq Shannon, 22, Kaimuang Saeyang, 39, Broun Ham, 29, Sophanne Chan, 25, Delaney Say, 24, Josyah Day, 20, and Kobe Chann, 21, have all been charged in the case, according to the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office.

All defendants were arraigned on multiple firearm and automatic weapons charges, along with gang allegations.

The alleged gang has been investigated for firearms trafficking, illegal weapons possession and the firing of weapons, gang membership and association, and violent crimes such as robbery and home invasion.

A search warrant was conducted on Aug. 14 at 12 different locations in the city with the assistance of several agencies, allegedly uncovering 34 firearms such as assault weapons, automatic machine guns, and illegally trafficked firearms. It also allegedly netted approximately 6 pounds of marijuana and a bulletproof vest, along with $105,000 in suspected illegal proceeds.
