Riley John Adams, a 19-year-old resident of Salem, succumbed to stab wounds sustained during an altercation in late July, officials say. According to KGW, police responded to a call around 2:15 a.m. on July 27 after reports of a stabbing at the park. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Adams with multiple injuries and rendered emergency medical aid.
