CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – New development in a long-sought effort to create more green space in a West Ashley neighborhood is finally underway. The former Church Creek Plaza on Highway 61 at Old Parsonage Road has been dormant for years. Now zoning and land disturbance approval have been granted for the property.
