OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahomans get ready for a block party that is set to showcase food, fun, live music and neighborhood love at the 3rd Annual Uptown23rd Outside event. The Uptown District on NW 23rd Street along historic Route 66 will celebrate everything that makes OKC special. A free concert will features Vandoliers, a cowpunk band reviving the innovative fusion of punk and country-style music, alongside other musical talent!
