ALBANY, Ore. – A planned preview of the hot air balloon action for the annual Northwest Art and Air Festival this weekend was canceled on Thursday morning due to weather. Of the 31 expected hot air balloons this weekend, 8 of them were brought in along with their pilots and their crews Thursday morning at Timber Linn Park to take visitors on rides to preview the festival.
