Three business leaders were named to the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham’s Birmingham Business Hall of Fame Class of 2024. Inducted into the hall of fame were William C. Hulsey of Arlington Properties, Robert Earl Kelly of Kelly Road Builders and Kelly Natural Gas Pipeline and W. Stancil Starnes of ProAssurance.
