Bakersfield Police arrest two suspects in connection with multiple residential burglaries: Bakersfield PD

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two suspects were arrested in connection with a series of home burglaries in Bakersfield neighborhoods that happened on Monday, according to police.

The reported burglaries took place at various locations, including the 10700 block of Polo Drive, 7100 block of Sierra Rim Drive, 3600 block of Sierra Meadows Drive, and 5400 block of
Stone Wheel Way on Aug. 20, officials said.

Later that night, police identified and located the suspect vehicle in the 3100 block of Coventry Drive and identified the two burglary suspects.

Officers arrested Jimmy Zuniga, 19, along with a male juvenile the next day for charges of burglary and conspiracy. Zuniga was not listed as in custody Thursday afternoon, according jail records.
