RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – In Richmond, a small memorial at the scene of a deadly motorcycle crash on Semmes Avenue. Police said 30-year-old Merquan Robinson lost control Wednesday afternoon and collided with a power pole. There have been so many motorcycle crashes recently, and too many of them are deadly.
