Jeramy Price of VOLK Company handled the $600,000 sale of the former Washington Federal Bank at 1315 W. Prince Road between Grant Wash LLC (Jeramy Price, manager) and Ypon Rentals LLC. The property consists of an approximately 23,160-square-foot parcel with 2,670 square feet of building improvements, which will be the new home to Tucson Awning & Screen.
