FAYETTEVILLE – Cape Fear Valley Health will offer free health screenings as well as free on-site one-on-one appointments with providers during this year’s Umoja Festival on Saturday, Aug. 24. The health clinic and screenings will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside Smith Recreation Center at Seabrook Park, near Fayetteville State University.
