RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Radical Jewelry Makeover (RJM) is returning to central Virginia! RJM and three local universities – Longwood University, Old Dominion University (ODU), and Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), are seeking donations of old unwanted jewelry for the community jewelry mining project happening in Richmond, Farmville, and Norfolk this Fall.
