SPOKANE, Wash. – The fourth annual Tacos y Tequila Festival hosted by Nuestras Raices Centro Comunitario (NRCC) takes place on Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25. The festival, called the Official Hispanic-Latino Festival of Spokane, aims to celebrate Hispanic and Latino culture through food, music, dance and community.
