BOISE, Idaho – A second person has been arrested in connection to the murder of 20-year-old Issac Bernal, which happened in November 2022 in Nampa. The Canyon County Sheriff’s Office told KTVB on Thursday that 34-year-old Manuel Santana, who is currently being held at IDOC on unrelated charges, will face charges in connection to the murder.
