BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Thanks to WBRC’s “Soar with 6” initiative a vibrant new classroom awaited students at Tuggle Elementary School in Birmingham. The grand unveiling took place Thursday in Ms. Nelly Elorza’s ESL class. The space is now filled with fresh paint, new storage solutions, and colorful decorations designed to inspire learning and creativity. Ms. Elorza, a teacher with a dedication to her craft and a personal connection to the challenges faced by her students, was the deserving winner of the contest.
