MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) – A deadly Myrtle Beach road rage shooting case will move on to trial after a judge denied a motion to dismiss it on Friday. Anthony Maurice Garner, 44, of Albemarle is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime stemming from a shooting that happened on the 2300 block of North Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach.
