Idaho DHW to Suspend Hunting and Fishing Licenses of Delinquent Parents Owing Child Support

BOISE – The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) will be taking stronger measures to enforce child support payments by suspending hunting and fishing licenses for non-custodial parents who owe past due child support. The new policy, aimed at ensuring timely and complete child support payments, is set to go into effect on September 1, 2024.
